- Tender participants are required to pay a deposit of: 5 235,90 zł into a bank account at Bank Pocztowy S.A. in Bydgoszcz, Account no.: 85 1320 0019 0099 0718 2000 0025, with the reference: „RI West II - tender for lease of residential unit no. 1, Jelenia Góra, 58 Wolności Street”, no later than 25.09.2026, with payment considered made on the date the funds are credited to Poczta Polska S.A.'s account,
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1 m²,
- Inspection of the unit's technical condition and review of the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written declaration confirming review and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- If one spouse participates in the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted, authorizing participation in the tender with the intention of entering into an institutional lease of the residential unit being tendered, using joint assets, at the price determined in the tender,
- In the case of legal entities and organizational units without legal personality, the representative participating in the tender must present appropriate documents confirming their authority to represent those entities or units in the tender procedure,

- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
-> Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Written tender offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the tender organizer's office, at the secretariat (room 201) by 28.09.2026, by 15:00 marked: “Offer re lease – residential unit, Jelenia Góra, 58 Wolności Street, no. 1”. For offers sent by post, the date of delivery of the offer will apply.
- Offers will be opened on the next business day, i.e. 29.09.2026 at 10.00, at the tender organizer's office, room 206, namely Poczta Polska S.A., West II Infrastructure Region.
- Offers are binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The residential unit may be viewed until 24.09.2026.
-> Requirements to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the deposit paid by the prospective tenant will be credited toward the lease security deposit,
- The prospective tenant will be required to pay into the designated Poczta Polska S.A. bank account a security deposit equal to three times the monthly rent agreed at auction, less the deposit already paid.
