- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply independently, under an agreement entered into by the Tenant.
-> Requirements for participating in the procedure
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the apartment and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the subject of the procedure and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the procedure for leasing a residential apartment owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
-> Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers for the procedure must be submitted in writing at the office of the procedure administrator, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Eastern Infrastructure Region II, to the secretariat, room 105, marked “Offer for rental - residential apartment Zbójna, Łomżyńska 21/1”. For offers sent by post, the date of delivery of the offer shall apply.
- Offers will be opened in room no. 111 at the office of the procedure administrator, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A., Eastern Infrastructure Region II.
The offer validity period is 30 days. One offer is sufficient for the procedure to be held.

-> Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and the Amendment of the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit to the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A. The deposit shall equal three months’ rent.
- Handover of the apartment to the Tenant will be conditional upon the Landlord receiving, no later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, a declaration in the form of a notarial deed of voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and the Amendment of the Civil Code, as amended, in respect of the obligation to pay all amounts due under the apartment lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the apartment used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the apartment, not exceeding 7 days; and a declaration by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if enforcement of the obligation to surrender and vacate the apartment is necessary, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the apartment or on the property in connection with use of the apartment, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
