-> Conditions for participating in the tender
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement)
- Submission of a written statement confirming that the bidder has reviewed and accepts the technical condition of the tender property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

-> Place for submitting and opening offers:
- Offers for the tender must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender organizer, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Northern Infrastructure Region I, 15 Bernardyńska Street, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer regarding rental - residential premises Rypin, 14/1 Mławska Street” or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the tender conditions will bring the tender to an end, and the first valid offer submitted will be deemed the selected offer.
- The offer is binding for 30 days. One offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the office of Northern Infrastructure Region I, 15 Bernardyńska Street, 85-940 Bydgoszcz (room 227), tel. 502 012 490, between 8:00-15:00.
- Further information about the technical condition of the premises and arrangements for viewing can be obtained on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 from the Property Manager at 502 017 072.

-> Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit equal to three months’ rent into the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A.
- The premises will be handed over to the Tenant only after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement under Art. 777, item 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with Art. 19 f, section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment to the Civil Code, as amended, regarding the obligation to pay all amounts due under the premises lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as the Tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with the use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
