- In addition to rent, the tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing costs incurred by the landlord for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, solid waste collection, and electricity consumption.

-> Conditions and procedure
- The institutional lease agreement for the residential unit will be concluded through price negotiations,
The bidder is required to:
- Submit a written offer specifying the net rent rate per 1m2, which must not be lower than the starting rate,
- Pay a security deposit equal to three months’ rent for the unit, calculated using the rent rate per 1 m2 of usable floor area applicable on the date the agreement is concluded,
- Review the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (draft institutional lease agreement),
- Submit a written statement confirming that they have reviewed the technical condition of the unit offered for rent and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement, and accept them without reservation,
- Submit the spouse’s written consent to participate in the procedure for leasing the residential unit, with the intention of concluding a lease agreement for the unit using funds from joint marital property, at the price determined in the procedure,
- Submit written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of completing the process of concluding a lease agreement for a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- The final amount of the security deposit will be determined during price negotiations,
- The security deposit calculated on the basis of the starting rent rate per 1 m2 is 3 269,13 zł.

-> Place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers should be submitted in person or by post to the office of the party conducting the procedure, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. West I Infrastructure Region, ul. Głogowska 17 60-943 Poznań (room no. 115, secretariat), marked: “Offer re lease – residential unit no. 2, Żerków, ul. A. Mickiewicza 8”,
- After receiving the offer, we will contact you by phone to discuss the terms of concluding the lease agreement and determine the final amount of the deposit,
- Offer submission date: open-ended,
- The offer is binding for 30 days.

-> Conditions required for concluding the institutional lease agreement and handing over the unit
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Housing Resources of Municipalities and the Amendment of the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725, as amended),
- Payment of the security deposit referred to above is a condition for concluding the institutional lease agreement for the residential unit,

-> The following conditions must be met for the unit to be handed over to the tenant under a handover protocol
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the landlord must be provided with a statement in the form of a notarial deed on voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with art. 19 f sec. 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Housing Resources of Municipalities and the Amendment of the Civil Code (as amended), concerning the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days; as well as the tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if enforcement of the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit becomes necessary, the tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation,
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the landlord must be provided with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming that general third-party liability insurance has been taken out, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other tenants) and to the landlord,
