- The institutional lease agreement for the residential unit will be concluded through price negotiations
The bidder is required to:
- Submit a written offer specifying the net rent per 1m2, which must not be lower than the starting rate,
- Pay a security deposit equal to three months' rent for the unit, calculated using the rent per 1 m2 of usable floor area applicable on the date the agreement is concluded,
- Familiarise themselves with the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (draft institutional lease agreement),
- Submit a written statement confirming that they have familiarised themselves with the technical condition of the unit offered for lease and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement and accept them without reservations,
- Submit written consent from their spouse to participate in the procedure for leasing the residential unit, with the intention of entering into a lease agreement using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price established in the procedure,
- Submit written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out the process of concluding a lease agreement for a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- The final amount of the security deposit will be determined during price negotiations,
- The security deposit calculated on the basis of the starting rent per 1 m2 is 3 025,35 zł.

Kościuszki Street”,
- After receiving your offer, we will contact you by phone to discuss the terms of the lease agreement and determine the final security deposit amount
- Offer submission date: open-ended
- The offer validity period is 30 days.
-> Conditions to be met for signing the institutional lease agreement and handing over the unit
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725, as amended),
- Payment of the security deposit referred to above is a condition for concluding the institutional lease agreement for the residential unit,

- Delivery to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with Article 19 f(3) of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (as amended), with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and hand over the unit used under the institutional lease agreement by the date specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not be longer than 7 days; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to hand over and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation,
- Delivery to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, of a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with its use, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord,
