- The apartment's technical condition requires refreshing,
- The unit is equipped with electrical, water and sewage, and central heating systems,
- An energy performance certificate has been prepared for the unit, no. SCHE/12531/637/2024.

- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for: central heating, water supply and wastewater disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply independently under an agreement entered into directly.

- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1 m2,
- Familiarization with the unit's technical condition and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming familiarization with and acceptance of the technical condition of the leased property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the call for offers for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
-> Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers:
- Offers for the call for offers must be submitted in writing by 02.10.2026 by 9.00 a.m. at the office of the call for offers organizer, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. Eastern Infrastructure Region I, room 210, marked: “Offer concerning rental - residential unit Opinogóra, ul. Krasińskiego 4”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer shall apply,
- Offers will be opened on 02.10.2026 at 12:30 in room no. 208 at the office of the call for offers organizer, namely Poczta Polska S.A. Eastern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Łączyny 8, 00-900 Warszawa,
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the call for offers to proceed.

-> Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725),
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A. in an amount equal to three times the monthly rent,
- Delivery of the unit to the Tenant will be preceded by the submission to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the unit lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and hand over the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to hand over and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation,
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and to the Landlord.
