- Submission of a written declaration confirming that the offeror has reviewed and accepted the technical condition of the leased property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting proceedings for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

- Offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the proceedings administrator, namely: Poczta Polska S.A., Northern Infrastructure Region I, 15 Bernardyńska Street, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer for lease - residential unit, Dąbrowa Biskupia, 53/1 Długa Street”, or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the requirements of the proceedings will bring them to an end, and the first valid offer submitted will be deemed the selected offer.
Offers remain binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient to conduct the proceedings.

-> Requirements to be met when concluding an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit into the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A., in an amount equal to three months' rent.
- Handover of the unit to the Tenant will be preceded by delivery to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, of a declaration in the form of a notarial deed on voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with art. 19f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, covering the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 14 days; and a declaration by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant must provide the Landlord, no later than within 14 days of the date the lease agreement is concluded, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming that a general third-party liability insurance agreement has been concluded, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and to the Landlord.
