- The Tenant will cover electricity consumption costs independently, under an individual agreement with the service provider.

The bidder is required to:
- Submit a written offer stating the net rent rate per 1m2, which may not be lower than the starting rate,
- Pay a security deposit equal to three months' rent for the unit, calculated using the rent rate per 1 m2 of usable area applicable on the date the agreement is signed,
- Review the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (draft institutional lease agreement),
- Submit a written declaration confirming review of the technical condition of the unit offered for rent and the draft institutional lease agreement, and acceptance of both without reservations,
- Submit written consent from their spouse to participate in the procedure for renting the residential unit, with the intention of entering into a lease agreement for the unit using funds from joint marital property, at the price determined in the procedure,
- Submit written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of completing the process of entering into a lease agreement for a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.,
- The final amount of the security deposit will be determined during price negotiations,
- The security deposit calculated based on the starting rent rate per 1 m2 is 3 486,96 zł,

- Offers should be submitted in person or by post to the office of the entity conducting the procedure, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. West Infrastructure Region I, ul. Głogowska 17 60-943 Poznań (room no. 115, secretariat), marked: “Offer regarding rental - residential unit in Kobylnica”.
- After receiving an offer, we will contact you by phone to discuss the terms of the lease agreement and determine the final amount of the deposit,
- Offer submission deadline: open-ended,
- The offer remains binding for 30 days.
-> Requirements for signing the institutional lease agreement and handing over the unit
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725, as amended),
- Payment of the security deposit referred to above is a condition for concluding an institutional lease agreement for the residential unit,
The following conditions must be met for the unit to be handed over to the Tenant under a handover protocol:
- No later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, delivery to the Landlord of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (as amended), with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation,
- No later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, delivery to the Landlord of a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming that general civil liability insurance has been taken out, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
