NOTICE OF A NEGOTIATED TENDER PROCEDURE IN BARCZEWO, PL. POCZTOWY 1

Landlord: Poczta Polska S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-940 Warszawa, ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 8.

Organizer of the tender: Poczta Polska S.A., Northern Infrastructure Region I in Bydgoszcz, ul. Jagiellońska 6, 85-950 Bydgoszcz.

Venue of the tender: Poczta Polska S.A., Northern Infrastructure Region I in Bydgoszcz, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz.

Subject of the lease: commercial premises with an area of 96.31 m2, comprising 3 usable rooms with a total area of 68.77 m2, a corridor – 24.88 m2, and a toilet room – 2.66 m2, forming part of a property located in Barczewo, pl. Pocztowy 1.

Lease term – indefinite.

The opening rent rate is: 31.20 zł/m²/month net (in words: thirty-one złoty and twenty groszy per 1 square meter per month).

Where, when and how to submit offers: Offers for the price negotiation procedure must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the organizer’s office, at the secretariat, room 231, Northern Infrastructure Region I in Bydgoszcz, ul. Bernardyńska 15, by 22 September 2026 at 14:00, marked “Offer to lease commercial premises in Barczewo, pl Pocztowy 1”.

To participate in the tender, a deposit of 7 391,98 zł must be paid (in words: (seven thousand three hundred ninety-one złoty and ninety-eight groszy)

The deposit must be paid into the Landlord’s bank account at Bank Pocztowy S.A. in Bydgoszcz, account no. 85 1320 0019 0099 0718 2000 0025, with the transfer title field marked “tender Barczewo, pl. Pocztowy 1”.

The deposit must be paid by 21.09.2026 r., where the payment date is understood to be the date on which the funds are credited to Poczta Polska S.A.’s bank account. The deposit paid by the Bidder will be credited toward the security deposit, which is twice the gross monthly rent.

The deposit is forfeited to Poczta Polska S.A.:
- if the Bidder whose offer is accepted withdraws from signing the lease agreement within the specified period,
- if none of the bidders offers at least the opening price.

Deposits submitted by other participants in the negotiation procedure whose offers are not accepted will be returned to the bank account provided, immediately after an offer has been selected or the procedure has been cancelled.

Conditions for participation in the tender procedure conducted by way of negotiations:
1) submission of a written offer specifying the rent rate per 1m2 on the participation form for the negotiation procedure, together with a written declaration confirming that the participant has reviewed and accepts the technical condition of the leased premises and the contents of the draft lease agreement,
2) attaching proof of payment of the deposit to the offer,
3) if one spouse participates in the negotiation procedure, written consent from the other spouse to participate in the procedure with the intention of leasing part of the property that is the subject of the procedure, using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price determined in the negotiation procedure must be submitted,
4) in the case of legal entities and organizational units without legal personality, the representative participating in the negotiation procedure must present appropriate documents confirming their authorization to represent those entities or units in the procedure.

Offers will be opened on 24.09.2026 r. at 10.00 at the office of the organizer of the procedure.

Participation by one bidder and submission of a rent rate are sufficient to conduct the negotiation procedure.

The offer validity period is 60 days.
