- The tenant will pay electricity supply costs independently, under an agreement entered into by the tenant.

-> Conditions for participating in the tender
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Review of the premises’ technical condition and lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming review and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the content of the institutional lease agreement draft,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

-> Offer submission and opening location:
- Tender offers must be submitted in writing at the tender organizer’s registered office, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer re: lease - residential unit in Wydminy, 80/1 Grunwaldzka Street” or sent by post to the above address,
- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the requirements of the procedure will bring the tender to a close, and the first correctly submitted offer will be deemed the selected offer.
Offers are binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to be held.

- The institutional lease agreement draft may be reviewed at the office of Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz (room 227), tel. 504 733 044, during the hours of 8:00-15:00,
- Further information about the premises’ technical condition and scheduling an inspection can be arranged on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 with the Property Manager at 501 296 026.

-> Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725),
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A., in an amount equal to three times the monthly rent,
- The premises will be handed over to the tenant after the landlord has received, no later than within 14 days of the date of entering into the lease agreement, a declaration in the form of a notarial deed of voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 pkt 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with art. 19 f ust. 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, concerning the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, not exceeding 7 days, as well as the tenant’s declaration in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation,
- The tenant will be required to provide the landlord, no later than within 14 days of the date of entering into the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming that a general third-party liability insurance agreement has been concluded, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other tenants) and the landlord.
