-> Rental terms

- Rental agreement term: 1 year, with the possibility of extension for a further term under conditions agreed by the parties.
- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay electricity supply costs directly under an agreement entered into independently.

-> Conditions for submitting an offer
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the apartment and the rental terms (institutional tenancy agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the subject of the tender and the contents of the draft institutional tenancy agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for renting a residential property owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

-> Place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers for the tender must be submitted in writing at the office of the party conducting the tender, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer for rental - residential premises Lubawa, ul. Gdańska 13/1” or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the requirements of the proceedings brings the tender to an end, and the first valid offer submitted will be deemed the selected offer.
Offers remain binding for 30 days. One offer is sufficient for the tender to take place.

- The draft institutional tenancy agreement may be reviewed at the office of the Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz (room 227), tel. 502 012 490, between 8:00-15:00.
- Further information about the technical condition of the apartment and arrangements for viewing can be obtained on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 from the Property Manager at 502 018 873.

-> Requirements to be met when entering into an institutional tenancy agreement
- The tenancy agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional tenancy) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code (i.e. Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional tenancy agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit into the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A., equal to three times the monthly rent.
- Handover of the apartment to the Tenant will be preceded by delivery to the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the tenancy agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 point 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the tenancy agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional tenancy agreement within the time limit specified in the demand to vacate the premises, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the tenancy agreement, with a copy of the policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the apartment or on the property in connection with its use, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
