-> Lease terms
- Starting rent rate: 18,34 zł/m²/ month net,
- Lease term: 3 years,
- In addition to rent, the Tenant shall pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant shall pay the cost of electricity supply directly under an agreement entered into independently.

-> Conditions for participating in the tender
- Submission of a written offer stating the rent per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

-> Offer submission and opening location:
- Tender offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender administrator, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. North I Infrastructure Region, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer concerning rental - residential unit Mełno 228/2”, or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer that meets all the conditions of the procedure will bring the tender to an end, and the first valid offer submitted will be deemed the selected offer.

The offer is binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the office of the North I Infrastructure Region, ul. Jagiellońska 6, 85-940 Bydgoszcz (room 227), tel. 502 012 490, between 8:00-15:00.
- Further information about the technical condition of the premises and arrangements for an inspection can be obtained on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 from the Property Manager at 510 295 589.

-> Requirements to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit equal to three months' rent into the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A.
- The premises will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed on voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, in respect of the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, which may not exceed 7 days; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of a general third-party liability insurance agreement covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
