- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay charges for utilities, reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and wastewater disposal, electricity supply, and solid waste collection
- The Tenant will pay the cost of gas supply independently under an agreement arranged by the Tenant.
→ Conditions for entering the tender
- Submission of a written offer with attachments, stating the rent rate per 1 m2,
- Familiarization with the technical condition of the apartment and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the leased premises and the content of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- If one spouse submits an offer, written consent from the other spouse must be provided to enter the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit that is the subject of this tender, using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price determined in the tender.
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present an identity card for inspection to verify their personal data.

- Offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender organizer, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. Region Infrastruktury Południe I, Wydział Zarządzania Nieruchomościami, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat – 4th floor)] marked “Offer regarding rental – residential unit Chorzów, L. Waryńskiego 1/2”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer will apply.
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient to conduct the tender.

→ Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Execution of the agreement is conditional upon the Tenant paying, before signing the lease agreement, a security deposit into the bank account indicated by the Landlord, in an amount equal to three times the monthly rent for the premises.
- Handover of the premises to the Tenant will be preceded by delivery to the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of execution of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, not exceeding 7 days, and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of execution of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- A positive verification result from the Credit Information Bureau by Poczta Polska S.A. is required.
