- The Tenant will pay the costs of electricity supply independently, under an agreement entered into by the Tenant.

- Submission of a written offer specifying the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarization with the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property covered by Stage IV of the lease – offer competition, and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the offer competition process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

Written offers for the competition should be submitted at the office of the party conducting the offer competition, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer regarding rental - residential premises Książki, Główna 3B/3” or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the requirements of the procedure will end the competition, and the first correctly submitted offer will be deemed the selected offer.
- The offer is binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient to conduct the offer competition.

-> Conditions required for signing an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the designated Poczta Polska S.A. bank account in an amount equal to three months' rent.
- Delivery of the premises to the Tenant will be preceded by the provision to the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement in accordance with art. 777 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, not exceeding 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if enforcement of the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises becomes necessary, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may arise in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
