Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227\n\n-> Property\n- The property offered for rent is an apartment with an area of 35,08 m2,\n- The apartment consists of one room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and a hallway,\n- Technical condition - requires renovation,\n- The unit is equipped with electrical, water and sewage, and central heating systems;\n- An energy performance certificate has been prepared for the property, number SCHE/12879/23/2026.\n\n-> Location and surroundings\n- The property is located on one of the main streets in the village, within the Wydminy municipality,\n- The location combines the intimate character of the village with good access to essential services and amenities, including shops, retail outlets, educational institutions, and public services,\n- Green and recreational areas characteristic of the Masurian region are located in the immediate vicinity, \n- An advantage of the location is convenient transport links to nearby towns, including Giżycko (approx. 20 km) and Ełk (approx. 35 km).\n\n-> Rental terms\n- Opening rent rate: 19,91 zł/m²/ month net,\n- Lease term: 3 years, with the possibility of extension for a further term on conditions agreed by the parties,\n- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,\n- The Tenant will pay electricity supply costs directly under an agreement entered into independently. \n\n-> Conditions for participating in the call for offers\n- Submission of a written offer stating the rent rate per 1m2,\n- Familiarization with the unit’s technical condition and the rental terms (institutional lease agreement),\n- Submission of a written Declaration confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property in Stage IV of the rental process – call for offers – and the contents of the institutional lease agreement draft,\n- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the call for offers for the rental of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.\n\n-> Offer submission and opening location\nOffers for the call for offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the call organizer, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer for rental - residential unit Wydminy, Grunwaldzka 80/3” or sent by post to the above address,\n- Receipt of the first offer meeting all the requirements of the procedure will bring the call for offers to an end, and the first correctly submitted offer will be deemed the selected offer.\n\nThe offer will remain binding for 30 days. One offer must be submitted for the call for offers.\n\n-> Additional information\n- The draft institutional lease agreement is available for review at the office of Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz (room 227), tel. 504 733 044, during the hours of 8:00-15:00.\n- Further information about the unit’s technical condition and arranging a viewing can be obtained on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 from the Property Manager at 501 296 026.\n\n-> Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement\n- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725). \n- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit equal to three months’ rent into the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A.\n- Handover of the unit to the Tenant will be preceded by delivery to the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed on voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 pts. 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19 f sec. 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, not exceeding 7 days; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.\n- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.\n\nVisit our website for the Company’s current listings: nieruchomosci.poczta-polska\n
