- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply directly, under an agreement arranged independently.
-> Conditions for participating in the offer process
- Submission of a written offer specifying the rent per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property in Stage IV of the lease offer process and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the offer process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
-> Place for submitting and opening offers:
- Offers for the offer process must be submitted in writing at the office of the party conducting the process, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, room 227, marked: “Offer for the lease - residential premises Wydminy, Grunwaldzka 80/5” or sent by post to the above address.
- Receipt of the first offer that meets all the requirements of the procedure will bring the process to an end, and the first correctly submitted offer will be deemed the selected offer.
- The offer is binding for 30 days. One offer is to be submitted for the offer process.

- Further information about the technical condition of the premises and inspection appointments can be arranged on weekdays from 7:00 – 15:00 with the Property Manager at 501 296 026.
-> Requirements to be met when concluding an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and the Amendment of the Civil Code (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit into the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A., equal to three times the monthly rent.
- Delivery of the premises to the Tenant will be conditional on the Landlord receiving, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 items 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and the Amendment of the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the premises lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and hand over the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, not exceeding 7 days; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if enforcement of the obligation to hand over and vacate the premises becomes necessary, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant must provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general civil liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
