10) commercial premises with an area of 39,50 m2 – 2 915,10 zł,
11) commercial premises with an area of 14,47 m2 – 1 067,89 zł,

- Submission of a written offer stating the rent per 1m2,
- Familiarization with the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (lease agreement),
- Submission of a written declaration confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the subject of the proceedings and the terms of the draft lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the proceedings for leasing commercial premises owned by Poczta Polska S.A.-> Deadline and place for submission and opening of offers
- Offers for the proceedings must be submitted in writing at the office of the conducting authority, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Eastern Infrastructure Region II, ul. Kolejowa 26, 15-959 Białystok, marked “Offer re lease - commercial premises with an area of … m2 – Suwałki, Pułaskiego 52”. For offers sent by post, the delivery date will apply.
- Offers will be opened in room no. 111 at the office of the conducting authority, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A. Eastern Infrastructure Region II.

- Further information about the technical condition of the premises and viewing appointments can be arranged on weekdays from 8:00 – 14:00 with the Property Manager at (48) 516 178 395.-> Conditions required for concluding the lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded for an indefinite term.
- Before signing the lease agreement, the prospective tenant will be required to pay a security deposit equal to twice the gross monthly rent into the Poczta Polska S.A. bank account provided. The deposit paid by the tenant selected in the tender will be credited toward the security deposit.
- Throughout the term of the agreement, the tenant must maintain third-party liability insurance for its business activities, covering damage to the landlord’s property, as well as insurance for property located on the premises. The tenant must provide copies of the policies within 7 days of their conclusion and whenever requested by the landlord.
