→ Lease terms

- Lease term: 12 months,
- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay charges for utilities, reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply directly under an agreement arranged independently.
→ Conditions for entering the tender
- Submission of a written offer with attachments, stating the rent per 1 m2,
- Familiarization with the unit’s technical condition and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written declaration confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property for lease and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.,
- The winning bidder will be required to present an identity card for verification of the accuracy of their personal data.
→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender organizer, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., South I Infrastructure Region, Real Estate Management Department, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor), marked “Offer re: rental - residential unit Będzin, Krasickiego 1/2”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer applies.
- Offers will be opened as soon as possible after receipt at the office of the tender organizer, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A., South I Infrastructure Region.
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

→ Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit to the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A. The deposit will be equal to three months’ rent.
- The unit will be handed over to the Tenant only after the Landlord receives, no later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and hand over the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as the Tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to hand over and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant must provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- Authorizations for Poczta Polska S.A. to conduct a verification with the Credit Information Bureau.
