- The property offered for rent is a residential unit with a usable area of 50,78 m², located on the 1st floor,
- The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a spacious, bright kitchen and a bathroom with WC,
- The unit includes a basement storage room measuring 4,36 m2,
- Technical condition: good; the walls and ceilings in the rooms only require refreshing,
- The unit is currently unoccupied,
- The unit is equipped with electrical, water supply and sewage systems, and central heating.

- Approx. 200 m to the PKP railway station,
- Approx. 200 m to the main pedestrian street with numerous shops and service outlets,
- Approx. 600 m to the shopping centre,
- A municipal kindergarten is located in the immediate vicinity.

→ Rental terms
- Starting rent: 24,31 zł/m²/month net,
- Lease term: 12 months,
- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply independently under an agreement arranged by the Tenant.

→ Conditions for participating in the tender
- Submission of a written offer with attachments stating the rent per 1m2,
- Familiarization with the technical condition of the unit and the rental terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the leased property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present their identity card for inspection to verify the accuracy of their personal data.

→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender organizer, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I, Real Estate Management Department, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor), marked “Offer re: rental - residential unit Będzin, Krasickiego 1/10”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer applies.
- Offers will be opened promptly after an offer is received at the office of the tender organizer, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I.
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the office of the Infrastructure Region, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the Southern Region I Property Managers Department, from 8:00– 14:00,

→ Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit into the bank account designated by Poczta Polska S.A., equal to three times the monthly rent.
- Handover of the unit to the Tenant will be conditional upon delivery to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to Art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with Art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, concerning the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
