- The Tenant will independently cover the cost of electricity supply under an agreement entered into separately.

- Submission of a written bid with the required attachments, stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written declaration confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property offered for lease and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the call for bids to lease a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.,
- The successful bidder will be required to present an identity card for inspection to verify the accuracy of their personal data.

- Bids must be submitted in writing at the office of the entity conducting the call for bids, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. Southern Infrastructure Region I, Real Estate Management Department, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor), marked “Bid re: lease - residential unit Będzin, Krasickiego 1/13”. For bids submitted by post, the date of delivery of the bid will apply.
- Bids will be opened promptly after receipt at the office of the entity conducting the call, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A. Southern Infrastructure Region I.
- The bid validity period is 30 days. One bid is sufficient for the call for bids to proceed.

→ Requirements to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit into the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A. in an amount equal to three months’ rent.
- The unit will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord has received, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, not exceeding 7 days, as well as the Tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming that a general civil liability insurance agreement has been concluded, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
