- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply independently, under an agreement entered into by the Tenant.

-> Conditions for participating in the call for offers
- Submission of a written offer specifying the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarization with the apartment’s technical condition and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the property forming the subject of Stage IV of the lease call for offers, and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the call for offers for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.

-> Place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers for the call must be submitted in writing at the office of the organizer of the call for offers, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, room 227, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, marked: “Offer regarding lease - residential unit in Nieszawa, 5/1 Stanisława Noakowskiego Street” or sent by post to the address above.
- Receipt of the first offer that meets all the requirements of the proceedings will bring the call to an end, and the first correctly submitted offer will be deemed the selected offer.
The offer is binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient to conduct the call for offers.

- The draft institutional lease agreement can be reviewed at the office of Northern Infrastructure Region I, ul. Bernardyńska 15, room 227, 85-940 Bydgoszcz, tel. 504 733 044, between 8:00-15:00.

-> Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A., equal to three months’ rent.
- Before the apartment is handed over to the Tenant, the Landlord must receive, no later than 14 days from the date the lease agreement is entered into, a statement in the form of a notarial deed by which the Tenant voluntarily submits to enforcement, in accordance with art. 777 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the apartment lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the apartment used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the apartment, which may not exceed 7 days; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, should it become necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the apartment, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date the lease agreement is entered into, with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the apartment or on the property in connection with the use of the apartment, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
