- The Tenant will pay the cost of electricity supply independently, under an agreement arranged by the Tenant.
→ Requirements for participating in the tender
- Submit a written bid with appendices stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Review the technical condition of the premises and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submit a written Declaration confirming review and acceptance of the technical condition of the leased property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submit written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening bids
- Bids must be submitted in writing at the office of the tender organizer, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. South I Infrastructure Region, Real Estate Management Department, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor)] marked “Bid concerning rental - residential unit Namysłów, Pocztowa 13/1”. For bids submitted by post, the delivery date will apply.
- Bids will be opened promptly after receipt at the office of the tender organizer, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A. South I Infrastructure Region.
- The bid validity period is 30 days. One submitted bid is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement can be reviewed at the Infrastructure Region office, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the South I Property Managers Department, from 8:00 – 14:00,

→ Conditions required when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the future Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the bank account indicated by Poczta Polska S.A., equal to three times the monthly rent.
- Handover of the premises to the Tenant will be preceded by the delivery to the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with art. 19 f sec. 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement for the premises and the obligation to vacate and return the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, not exceeding 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to return and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may arise in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- A positive verification result from the Credit Information Bureau by Poczta Polska S.A. is required.
