- The unit includes a basement storage room,
- Technical condition: the walls and ceilings of the rooms require refreshing,
- The unit is equipped with electrical, gas, water supply, sewage and gas central heating installations.

- Approx. 1,5 km to the Primary School,

→ Lease terms
- Starting rent: 20,64 zł/m²/month net,
- Lease term: 12 months,
- In addition to rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, as well as solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the costs of electricity and gas supply independently under agreements entered into directly.

→ Conditions for entering the tender
- Submission of a written offer with attachments, specifying the rent per 1 m2,
- Review of the unit’s technical condition and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming review and acceptance of the technical condition of the leased premises and the terms of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.,
- If one spouse enters the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted, authorizing participation in the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit being offered, using joint marital property funds, at the price determined in the tender,
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present an identity card for inspection to verify their personal data.

→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers must be submitted to the office of the tender administrator, namely: Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I, Property Management Department, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor), marked “Offer re lease - residential unit, Wołczyn, Dworcowa 34/2”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer will count,
- Offers will be opened promptly upon receipt at the office of the tender administrator, namely Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I,
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the Infrastructure Region office, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the Southern Region I Property Managers Department, from 8:00 – 14:00,

→ Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit to the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A. in an amount equal to three months’ rent.
- The premises will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord receives, no later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 § 1 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with art. 19f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with respect to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement by the deadline specified in the demand to vacate the premises, which may not exceed 14 days; as well as the Tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming that general third-party liability insurance has been taken out, covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with the use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- The Tenant will be required to authorize Poczta Polska S.A. to verify information with the Credit Information Bureau.
