- Starting rent: 28,64 zł/m²/month net,
- Lease term: 36 months,
- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing costs incurred by the Landlord for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay electricity supply costs independently under an agreement concluded by the Tenant.

-> Deadline and place for submitting offers
- Offers for the tender must be submitted in writing by 09.10.2026 r. by 9:00 at the office of the tender organizer, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Infrastructure Region East I, Real Estate Management Department, ul. Łączyny 8, 00-900 Warszawa (Secretariat – 2nd floor), marked “Offer to lease residential unit no. 1 in Cegłów, ul. Kościuszki 8”. For offers submitted by post, the delivery date shall apply.
- Offers will be opened on 09.10.2026 r. at 12:00 at the office of the tender organizer, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A., Infrastructure Region East I.
- Offers remain binding for 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to take place.

- The draft institutional lease agreement is available for review at the Infrastructure Region office, Poczta Polska S.A., Infrastructure Region East I, ul. Łączyny 8, 00-900 Warszawa, from 8:00 – 14:00.
- Further information about the unit’s technical condition and viewing appointments can be arranged on weekdays from 8:00 – 14:00 with the Property Manager at tel.: 502015494.

-> Conditions to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement:
- The lease agreement will be concluded pursuant to Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Dz.U. of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the prospective Tenant must pay a security deposit to the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A. in an amount equal to three times the monthly rent.
- The unit will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a declaration in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 §1 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the unit lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, not exceeding 7 days, as well as a declaration by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, should it become necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming that general liability insurance has been taken out, covering all personal injury and property damage that may arise in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
