- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and wastewater disposal, and solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will pay the costs of electricity and gas supply directly, under agreements arranged independently.

→ Conditions for participating in the tender
- Submission of a written offer with attachments, specifying the rent rate per 1 m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming that the applicant has familiarised themselves with and accepts the technical condition of the leased property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender for the lease of a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.,
- If one spouse participates in the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted, authorising participation in the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit offered in the tender, using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price determined in the tender,
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present their identity card for verification of personal data.

- Offers must be submitted at the office of the tender organiser, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I, Real Estate Management Department, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat – 4th floor), marked: “Offer re: lease – residential unit no. 1, Ozimek, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 3A/1”. For offers submitted by post, the date of delivery of the offer shall apply,
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One offer is sufficient to conduct the tender.

→ Requirements to be met when entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the future Tenant will be required to pay a security deposit into the bank account specified by Poczta Polska S.A., in an amount equal to three months’ rent.
- The unit will be handed over to the Tenant only after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a declaration in the form of a notarial deed of voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to Art. 777 § 1 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with Art. 19f sec. 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, concerning the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not be less than 14 days from the date the demand is served on the Tenant; as well as the Tenant’s declaration in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- No later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- A positive verification result from the Credit Information Bureau by Poczta Polska S.A. is required.
