- Technical condition of the unit: requires refreshing; the unit is unfurnished,
- The unit is equipped with electrical, water supply, sewage, and central heating installations.

→ Lease terms

- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, and solid waste collection.
- The Tenant will independently cover the cost of electricity supply under an agreement concluded separately.

→ Conditions for participating in the tender
- Payment of the deposit in the manner specified below and attaching proof of payment to the bid:
The deposit in the amount of: 5 416,71 zł (equal to three times the monthly rent) must be paid no later than 12.10.2026 r. to account no.: 85 1320 0019 0099 0718 2000 0025, with the payment reference: “Deposit – Czechowice-Dziedzice, ul. Towarowa 1, residential unit no. 1”,
- Submission of a written bid with attachments specifying the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarisation with the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the content of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- If one spouse participates in the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted, authorising participation in the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit covered by the tender using joint marital property, at the price determined in the tender.
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present an identity card for verification of personal data.

→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening bids
- Bids must be submitted from 05.10.2026 r. through 14.10.2026 r. by 14:00 in writing at the office of the tender administrator, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I, Real Estate Management Department, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor)] marked “Tender for lease - residential unit, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Towarowa 1/1”. For bids submitted by post, the date of delivery of the bid is decisive.
- Bids will be opened on 15.10.2026 r. at 08:00 at the office of the tender administrator, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A., Southern Infrastructure Region I.
- The bid validity period is 30 days. One submitted bid is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

→ Additional information
- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the office of the Infrastructure Region, plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej 7, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the Southern Region I Property Managers Department, between 8:00 – 14:00,
- Further information about the unit’s technical condition and arrangements for viewing may be obtained on weekdays between 8:00 – 14:00 from the Property Manager at tel. 502 013 232.
- The deposit will be forfeited to Poczta Polska S.A. if the participant who wins the tender withdraws from concluding the agreement,
- The deposit paid by the participant who wins the tender will be credited toward the security deposit,
- Deposits paid by participants whose bids are not accepted will be refunded promptly after the bid has been selected,
- The deposit is deemed paid on the date the funds are credited to Poczta Polska S.A.’s bank account.

→ Conditions to be met when concluding an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and Amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the bidder must pay a security deposit equal to three months’ rent.
- The premises will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed on voluntary submission to enforcement pursuant to Article 777 §1 points 4 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with Article 19 f paragraph 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock, and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, covering the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the premises used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the premises, which may not be less than 14 days from the date the demand is served on the Tenant; and a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the premises, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant must provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or another document confirming the conclusion of general civil liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the premises or on the property in connection with use of the premises, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
- A positive credit check by the Credit Information Bureau (BIK), conducted by Poczta Polska, is required.
