- The subject of the lease is residential unit no. 2 with a usable area of 34,22 m², consisting of 1 room, a kitchen, a bathroom with WC and a hallway,
- Technical condition of the unit: very good; the unit is unfurnished,
- The unit is equipped with electrical, water supply, sewage and central heating systems.

- Grocery stores, supermarkets, service outlets, pharmacies, banks, educational facilities and public institutions are located in the area,
- The bus station and Czechowice-Dziedzice railway station are in the vicinity.
→ Lease terms
- Starting rent rate: 28,82 zł/m²/month net,
- Lease term: 12 months,
- In addition to the rent, the Tenant will pay utility charges reimbursing the Landlord for costs incurred for central heating, water supply and sewage disposal, as well as solid waste collection,
- The Tenant will independently cover the cost of electricity supply under an agreement entered into directly by the Tenant.
→ Conditions for participating in the tender
- Payment of the security deposit in the manner specified below and attaching proof of payment to the offer:
A security deposit of – 2 958,66 zł (equal to three months' rent) must be paid no later than 12.10.2026 r. to account no.: 85 1320 0019 0099 0718 2000 0025, with the payment reference: „Security deposit – Czechowice-Dziedzice, 1 Towarowa Street, residential unit no. 2”,
- Submission of a written offer with attachments stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Familiarization with the unit's technical condition and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submission of a written Statement confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submission of written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- If one spouse participates in the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted for participation in the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit being tendered, using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price determined in the tender.
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present an identity document for verification of their personal data.
→ Deadline and place for submission and opening of offers
- Offers must be submitted from 05.10.2026 r. until 14.10.2026 r. by 14:00 in writing at the office of the tender organizer, namely: Poczta Polska S.A. South I Infrastructure Region, Real Estate Management Department, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor)] marked “Tender concerning lease - residential unit, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Towarowa 1/2”. For offers submitted by post, the delivery date will apply.
- Offers will be opened on 15.10.2026 r. at 08:00 at the office of the tender organizer, namely Poczta Polska S.A. South I Infrastructure Region.
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be viewed at the office of the Infrastructure Region, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the South I Property Managers Department, from 8:00 – 14:00,

- The security deposit will be forfeited to Poczta Polska S.A. if the participant who wins the tender evades entering into the agreement,
- The security deposit paid by the participant who wins the tender will be credited toward the security deposit,
- Security deposits paid by participants whose offers are not accepted will be returned promptly after the offer has been selected,
- The security deposit is deemed paid on the date the funds are credited to Poczta Polska S.A.'s bank account.
→ Conditions required for entering into an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be entered into under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the bidder is required to pay a security deposit equal to three months' rent.
- Delivery of the unit to the Tenant will be preceded by the provision to the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of entering into the lease agreement, of a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement in accordance with art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants' Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendment of the Civil Code, as amended, in respect of the obligation to pay all amounts due under the unit lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, not exceeding 7 days, as well as a statement by the Tenant in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, if it becomes necessary to enforce the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of entering into the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with the use of the unit, in particular damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and the Landlord.
