- The Tenant will independently cover the cost of electricity supply under an agreement arranged by the Tenant.

→ Requirements for participating in the tender
- Paying the bid deposit as specified below and attaching proof of payment to the offer:
A bid deposit of – 4 198,50 zł (equal to three times the monthly rent) must be paid no later than 12.10.2026 r. to account no.: 85 1320 0019 0099 0718 2000 0025, with the payment reference: „Bid deposit – Czechowice-Dziedzice, 1 Towarowa Street, residential unit no. 3”
- Submitting a written offer with attachments stating the rent rate per 1m2,
- Reviewing the technical condition of the unit and the lease terms (institutional lease agreement),
- Submitting a written Statement confirming review and acceptance of the technical condition of the tender property and the contents of the draft institutional lease agreement,
- Submitting written consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the tender process for leasing a residential unit owned by Poczta Polska S.A.
- If one spouse participates in the tender, written consent from the other spouse must be submitted, authorizing participation in the tender with the intention of leasing the residential unit subject to the tender using funds from the joint marital estate, at the price determined in the tender.
- The bidder who wins the tender will be required to present an identity document for inspection to verify their personal data.

→ Deadline and place for submitting and opening offers
- Offers must be submitted in writing from 05.10.2026 r. through 14.10.2026 r. until 14:00 at the tender organizer’s registered office, i.e.: Poczta Polska S.A. Southern Infrastructure Region I, Real Estate Management Department, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room no. 433 (Secretariat - 4th floor)] marked „Tender for lease - residential unit, Czechowice-Dziedzice, 1/3 Towarowa”. For offers sent by post, the date of delivery of the offer shall apply.
- Offers will be opened on 15.10.2026 r. at 08:00 at the tender organizer’s registered office, i.e. Poczta Polska S.A. Southern Infrastructure Region I.
- The offer validity period is 30 days. One submitted offer is sufficient for the tender to proceed.

- The draft institutional lease agreement may be reviewed at the office of the Infrastructure Region, 7 plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej, 40-940 Katowice, room 416, or at the Southern Region I Property Managers Department, between 8:00 – 14:00,
- Further information about the unit’s technical condition and the inspection date can be arranged on weekdays between 8:00 – 14:00 with the Property Manager at tel. 502 013 232
- The bid deposit will be forfeited to Poczta Polska S.A. if the participant who wins the tender refuses to conclude the agreement,
- The bid deposit paid by the participant who wins the tender will be credited toward the security deposit,
- Bid deposits paid by participants whose offers are not accepted will be refunded promptly after the offer has been selected,
- The bid deposit is considered paid on the date the funds are credited to Poczta Polska S.A.’s bank account.

→ Conditions to be met when concluding an institutional lease agreement
- The lease agreement will be concluded under Chapter 2 b (institutional lease) of the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725).
- Before signing the institutional lease agreement, the bidder must pay a security deposit equal to three months’ rent.
- The unit will be handed over to the Tenant after the Landlord has received, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, a statement in the form of a notarial deed voluntarily submitting to enforcement under art. 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 19 f section 3 of the Act of 21 June 2001 on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights, the Municipal Housing Stock and Amendments to the Civil Code, as amended, with regard to the obligation to pay all amounts due under the lease agreement and the obligation to vacate and surrender the unit used under the institutional lease agreement within the period specified in the demand to vacate the unit, which may not exceed 7 days, as well as the Tenant’s statement in the form of a notarial deed acknowledging that, should enforcement of the obligation to surrender and vacate the unit become necessary, the Tenant will not be entitled to social housing or temporary accommodation.
- The Tenant will be required to provide the Landlord, no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, with a copy of an insurance policy or other document confirming the conclusion of general third-party liability insurance covering all personal injury and property damage that may occur in the unit or on the property in connection with use of the unit, particularly damage caused to third parties (e.g. other Tenants) and to the Landlord.
- Authorization for Poczta Polska S.A. to conduct a verification with the Credit Information Bureau.
